At Dotttme.com, we offer a 7-day free trial period for users to test out our platform and ensure it meets their needs. If a user decides to cancel their subscription during this trial period, they can do so by sending an email to support@dotttme.com. The cancellation request will be processed within 24 working hours.


For users who have already been charged for a subscription, our cancellation policy allows for a refund if the request is made within 30 days of the subscription start date. Users can also request a refund if they experience technical issues or if they are dissatisfied with the platform's functionality.


To request a refund, users can send an email to support@dotttme.com outlining the reason for the refund request. Our support team will review the request and process the refund within 7-10 business days of the request being approved.


It is important to note that refunds will only be processed for the unused portion of the subscription. For example, if a user cancels their subscription after using the platform for 15 days of a 30-day subscription, they will be refunded for the remaining 15 days only.
